2026: New shareholders: Misr Finance & BM Lease

EMRC is pleased to announce the participation of Misr Finance & BM Lease as new shareholders in EMRC by 6,811 & 3,405 shares respectively. Accordingly, EMRC current Capital structure comprises; 18 MFCs in addition to 19 renowned Banks, Central Bank of Egypt and Social Housing Fund & Mortgage Finance Subsidy.
